Every Role We Play Has A Job Description

blog-post-placeholder

Every role we play has a job description…which is one reason why spouses get frustrated and one of them tries to teach the other. Being a “teacher” to the other one isn’t usually in the job description.

Or maybe you’re a lawyer and try to give very good and experienced legal advice to your parent or sibling. Nope, not on the approved list.

It’s essential in doing our best in the roles we take on to know the job descriptions. And when we want to deviate from that, we have to get approval (which we may not get); otherwise, it’s just rejected.
