Basically, All Our Problems Are Self-Inflicted

That’s what we humans do to learn. It’s as simple as that. One of our common loops is

Judging ourselves to be bad (or some word like that, and
Making sure we’re punished because we’re bad.

The core of our problem is a self-judgment-based misinterpretation.
But, when we stop speaking bad of ourselves, we can step outside that common human loop and stop creating circumstances that prove us wrong and deserving of punishment.

Our first step is to stop the speech that keeps us on the loop.

Second is to make good meaning of any challenge.
